History and Mission

The International Association of Ho Shin Hap – Ki Do (IHSHA) was created with the intention of teaching, study, spreading and promoting the Hapkido, promoting and instructing their members into the philosophy and technique of the traditional Hapkido, as it has been broadcasted from master to student through out the centuries.

The IHSHA purpose is to stimulate learning, studding, spreading and promoting of Hapkido and other related martial arts.

The IHSHA was founded by Master Sung Il, Kim, 9 Dan black belt from International Hapkido Federation, in 2006.

After nearly thirty years spreading Hapkido in Spain, which converts him in one of the pioneers on teaching this modality in Spain, decides in 2000, cheered up by others Hapkido´s masters, to found Ho Shin Hapkido Spanish Association, for the study and spread of Hapkido (Ho Shin Kwan).

With the Ho Shin Hapkido expansion through out several countries in the world, it was created the IHSHA, to welcome all the school performers.
